I used to cherish every birthday and special moment with my family without fail.

But recently, I’ve started to notice that I’m forgetting even the simplest things.

As a devoted grandmother, mother, and wife, my focus has always been on putting my family’s needs ahead of my own.

In giving so much of myself to others, I inadvertently overlooked something crucial—my own well-being.

A friend who volunteers at a nursing home opened my eyes to the reality that many people end up there due to memory issues.

It was a wake-up call for me—I didn’t want to risk losing cherished memories or the faces I hold dear.

My Turning Point

During my latest doctor’s appointment, I performed well on my memory assessment.

To be honest, I felt both relieved and frustrated.

I had tried numerous strategies to boost my memory, but nothing seemed to stick.
